Role & Responsibilities
- Manage monthly boutique site updates and banner maintenance across China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong
- Maintain SKU database accuracy with complete product information, imagery, and descriptions; conduct monthly new SKU uploads
- Coordinate translation and localization of marketing communications, including liaising with market-specific proofreaders
- Lead new boutique site openings and revamp initiatives, including comprehensive testing protocols before launch
- Execute online-to-offline (O2O) digital initiatives and media campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams
- Support Asia-Pacific retail events with emphasis on Korea, Japan, and Oceania to drive consumer engagement and brand exposure
- Coordinate production of merchandising and event collateral with external vendors
- Conduct post-event analysis and ROI assessments for marketing activities
- Forecast and manage samples, gift-with-purchase items, and marketing collateral usage across markets
- Support preparation of NPL forecasts for limited-edition collections and seasonal samples
- Prepare sell-through reports and category analysis for leadership review during bi-annual sales cycle meetings
- Manage purchase requests and marketing budget tracking with timely submissions and regular updates
- Oversee regional product and GWP sample delivery coordination across all markets
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the cosmetics industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading and writing)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of digital and social media landscape in Asia-Pacific with particular emphasis on China and Korea
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
