Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service within its boutique environment, embodying the brand's philosophy of fragrant fun, curiosity, and kindness. The role encompasses personal styling consultations, including signature hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and hosting curated in-store events such as floral crown workshops and chocolate tastings. The Stylist will maintain high visual merchandising standards, manage inventory awareness, assist with opening and closing procedures, and drive sales performance while fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues and representing the brand's distinctive aesthetic.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service to all boutique visitors, including global clients and media contacts
