Jo Malone London seeks passionate retail stylists for a temporary seasonal position during the six-week Christmas period. The role combines personalized customer service with visual merchandising expertise, offering tailored fragrance recommendations and curating exceptional gift experiences. Stylists will support festive in-store events, manage stock replenishment, and contribute to achieving sales targets as part of a dynamic retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences through warm, tailored fragrance recommendations and personalized gift consultation
- Assist customers in discovering signature scents and selecting the perfect luxury gifts
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising initiatives, and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive revenue performance
- Conduct stock deliveries, merchandise replenishment, and organize back-of-house operations

Qualifications
