Jo Malone London seeks a Christmas Stylist for its Norwich boutique to deliver exceptional customer service and curated experiences. The role encompasses personal styling consultations, bespoke fragrance experiences (including signature hand and arm massage), event hosting, and boutique operations. The Stylist will showcase The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, corporate clients, and media contacts while maintaining store environment standards and achieving individual sales and service goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to each visitor to the boutique
- Deliver curated brand experiences including signature hand and arm massage, wedding consultations, and bespoke events
- Showcase fragrance collections and host engagement activities such as floral crown creation, graffiti artistry, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes
- Achieve individual sales and service goals whilst maintaining knowledge of product benefits and brand storytelling
- Maintain boutique environment, merchandise presentation, and operational standards
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures and undertake housekeeping duties as required
