Jo Malone London seeks a temporary Christmas Stylist for its Brown Thomas Galway location to deliver exceptional customer experiences during the festive retail season. The role involves providing tailored fragrance recommendations, supporting in-store events and visual merchandising, driving sales targets, and managing stock operations across flexible part-time and full-time shifts available through the four weeks leading to Christmas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored fragrance and gift recommendations
- Identify customer needs and help select the perfect signature scent or festive gift
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising, and store presentation initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with stock deliveries, inventory replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
