Jo Malone London seeks a skilled Beauty Stylist to deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeover services. The successful candidate will combine creative expertise with technical proficiency in makeup application, curating inspirational customer experiences whilst maintaining visual merchandising standards and contributing to in-store events. This role offers an entry point into prestige beauty retail for individuals with amateur or professional makeup experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeup applications to enhance customer experience
• Execute makeup artistry techniques to educate customers on product benefits and color theory
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate in-store events and promotional activities
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store stands out competitively
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
• Demonstrate authentic, consultative customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level expertise is welcomed if technical and creative proficiency is demonstrated
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and special store events
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Legal right to live and work in Taiwan with ability to provide proof upon request

Skills

Experience

Certification or professional experience in makeup artistry is preferred; however, candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise at an amateur level are encouraged to apply. Retail experience in beauty or luxury goods is valued but not mandatory.

Education

Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of color theory, facial anatomy and makeup application principles.
