Jo Malone London seeks a Beauty Stylist to deliver personalized, welcoming service to customers while achieving sales targets at a prestigious Hong Kong location. The successful candidate will create inspirational in-store experiences through product education and expert consultation, collaborating with the team to maintain visual merchandising excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers while meeting all customer service and sales targets
- Create unique and inspirational in-store experiences through product education and customer consultation
- Build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with team members to support store operations
- Contribute to the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
- Assist customers with product selection and beauty advice using expert knowledge and creative expertise
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Demonstrated capacity to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Hong Kong (proof required at interview stage)

Previous retail makeup experience or amateur-level creative expertise in cosmetics; point-of-sale software experience preferred.
Education
Qualification in makeup artistry or equivalent beauty training preferred; not required for candidates with demonstrable creative and technical expertise.
