Jo Malone London, a prestige British fragrance house renowned for elegantly simple yet surprising compositions, seeks an ambitious and self-directed Beauty Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in its Budapest boutique. The successful candidate will combine passion for fine fragrance and the art of gifting to ensure every client receives a personalized and inspirational in-store journey, leveraging the brand's signature Fragrance Combining™ technique and bespoke services such as hand and arm massage and wedding consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational fragrance consultations to international clientele, demonstrating product knowledge and the brand's signature Fragrance Combining™ layering technique
- Execute hand and arm massage services and host wedding consultation experiences to enhance client engagement and drive brand loyalty
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage inventory while maintaining an elevated customer experience
- Coordinate PR events and maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's aesthetic and prestige
- Develop trusted client relationships through authentic communication and attentive needs assessment
Qualifications
- Prior retail or hospitality experience, preferably within luxury beauty and fragrance
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized, authentic, and inspirational customer experiences
- Fluent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event hours
