Jo Malone London seeks a seasonal Beauty Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service within a boutique environment, showcasing the brand's signature fragrances and bespoke services to discerning clientele. The role encompasses direct sales engagement, the delivery of signature hand and arm massages, hosting wedding consultations and experiential events, maintaining store operations, and contributing to housekeeping duties across peak trading periods including evenings, weekends, and special occasions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service to boutique visitors, translating the brand narrative into compelling product recommendations
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and achieve individual sales and service targets
- Deliver signature hand and arm massage services and conduct wedding consultations to document clients' fragrance preferences
