A temporary, part-time or full-time seasonal role with Jo Malone London, this position invites passionate customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional in-store experiences during the Christmas trading period. The successful candidate will combine personal warmth with product knowledge to guide customers through curated fragrance selections, support festive visual merchandising, and contribute to a high-performing retail team across multiple shifts spanning the six-week pre-Christmas window.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalised customer experiences with tailored fragrance and product recommendations
- Assist customers in discovering signature scents and selecting gift-appropriate items
- Support in-store festive events and visual merchandising initiatives
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual standards
- Process transactions and support point-of-sale operations
- Contribute to team achievement of sales targets
- Manage stock deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (preferred)
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience (desirable but not required)
