Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience through makeup application, skincare advice, hair consultations or fragrance consultations.
• Use creative and technical expertise to educate and delight customers.
• Collaborate with the team on in-store events that create impact.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred; applicants with beginner-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
