The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service, meets customer service and sales objectives, and works with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary, with availability required for weekends, evening shifts, and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspiring, informative, and unique shopping experience for every customer through a passion for client interaction, the company, its products, and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company's high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts, and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in Italy.
