Jo Malone London is seeking a Beauty Advisor in San Sebastián to deliver personalized customer service, achieve sales objectives and create inspiring in-store experiences while supporting collaborative teamwork and store standards. The role is part-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customers with warm, authentic and personalized service to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces customers to products and services suited to their interests and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Valued experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.

- Availability to work retail trading hours, including weekends.
- Preferably, experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and using Microsoft Office.
