Jo Malone London, part of the Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store makeup consultations and foster customer engagement at the San Diego location. The ideal candidate will combine technical makeup expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills to create inspirational shopping experiences and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. This part-time role offers training and development within a leading prestige beauty organization and serves as an entry point into a progressive career in luxury cosmetics retail.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services utilizing technical and creative expertise
• Educate customers on Jo Malone London product benefits and usage techniques to drive informed purchasing decisions
• Create an inspirational and welcoming retail environment that reflects the brand's prestige and aesthetic standards
• Execute in-store promotional events and campaigns as part of a collaborative sales team
• Maintain visual merchandising displays and store presentation to competitive standards
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and process customer transactions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise at amateur level or above
