The Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, delivers personalised service and shopping experiences, meets sales and customer service objectives, and works with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a temporary, part-time role for 29 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalised service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspirational, informative and unique shopping experience for every client.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the required visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services; cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
