Jo Malone London seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver expert consultation and sales support across premium fragrance and beauty locations in Israel. The role encompasses customer advisory services, visual merchandising standards management, and shift-based retail operations including weekend availability. Candidates must demonstrate proven sales experience, with cosmetics industry knowledge and relevant certifications representing valued assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and personalized sales guidance to customers on fragrances and beauty products
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product display integrity across assigned retail locations
- Execute shift-based retail operations with flexibility for weekend and evening availability
- Drive sales performance through customer engagement and brand advocacy
- Support stock management and point-of-sale procedures
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of cosmetics, fragrances, or beauty category
- Certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or related beauty discipline (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends
Skills
Experience
Required: Sales experience in retail or customer-facing contexts. Preferred: Background in cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury beauty retail.
Education
Certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or equivalent beauty discipline (preferred but not required).
