Jo Malone London seeks a talented Beauty Advisor to deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers while achieving sales and customer service objectives. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service objectives
- Build and maintain inspiring customer experiences through in-depth product knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Develop collaborative working relationships with the store team to ensure operational excellence
- Work retail hours including weekends and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain high standards of appearance, hygiene, and service aligned with brand values
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances
