The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers and provides authentic, personalized service to meet assigned customer service and sales objectives, creating an inspiring, informative and unique shopping experience while working with the team to achieve visual merchandising standards. Previous retail or service experience is preferred, ideally in cosmetics. This is a 24-hour part-time, temporary role in Milan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspiring, informative and unique shopping experience for each customer through a passion for customer engagement, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team and work together to achieve the company's high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
