Jo Malone London seeks a Stylist for seasonal work at its John Lewis Oxford Street boutique. The role combines creative expertise in makeup application and fragrance consultation with exceptional customer service delivery in a luxury retail environment. The successful candidate will provide personalized in-store experiences, execute brand storytelling through events and consultations, and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store operations within a prestige beauty setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service aligned with Jo Malone London's philosophy of generosity and kindness
- Execute expert makeup artistry and fragrance consultations, including signature services such as hand and arm massages and bridal consultations
- Maximize sales performance and productivity through product knowledge and client engagement
- Support the execution of in-store events, including creative experiences and brand activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store environment cleanliness to brand specifications
- Manage stock awareness and inventory responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to brand grooming and presentation guidelines

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience with demonstrable creative and technical expertise is welcome
