Jo Malone London seeks a creative and technically skilled Stylist to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences within our iconic Regent Street boutique. The ideal candidate combines makeup artistry expertise with outstanding service acumen, engaging customers through signature treatments, events, and consultations whilst maintaining the brand's distinctive visual standards. This part-time role encompasses sales achievement, inventory awareness, in-store events support, and rigorous housekeeping standards within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, inspirational and personalized customer service to each guest
• Maximize sales performance and productivity in line with individual goals
• Execute signature treatments such as Hand and Arm massage and wedding consultations
• Support and host in-store events including masterclasses, workshops, and brand activations
• Maintain heightened visual merchandising standards and store environment presentation
• Monitor stock levels and maintain awareness of inventory
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and boutique operations
• Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activity and drive omni-channel customer engagement
• Adhere rigorously to Jo Malone London brand grooming and presentation guidelines
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and store maintenance

Qualifications

• Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Amateur-level makeup or beauty experience acceptable if combined with strong creative and technical capability
