Jo Malone London seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store makeup services, educate customers on product applications, and create inspirational retail experiences. The successful candidate will combine technical makeup expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills to represent the brand's prestige beauty standards, participate in in-store events, and maintain visual merchandising excellence. This role offers training and development opportunities within the Estée Lauder portfolio of prestige brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup consultations and application services that educate and delight customers
- Create personalized, authentic customer experiences that drive brand loyalty and engagement
- Execute in-store events and visual merchandising initiatives to elevate brand presence and counter competitor activity
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions efficiently
