Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and services to customers in-store
• Execute makeup applications that educate and delight customers while building brand loyalty
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness
• Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to exceed performance targets
• Uphold brand standards and prestige beauty positioning through professionalism and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise accepted
• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Legal right to live and work in Malaysia

Skills

Experience

While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical skills are welcomed.
