Jo Malone London seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and fragrance consultations to in-store customers across Estée Lauder Companies' retail locations. The role combines creative expertise with strong interpersonal skills to provide an inspirational and welcoming in-store experience, execute visual merchandising displays, and support in-store promotional events. This is a freelance, on-call position staffed through Randstad offering flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
