The Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, delivers authentic and personalized service, supports sales objectives and creates distinctive shopping experiences while working collaboratively to uphold visual-merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary, with availability required for weekends, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalized service that meets assigned customer-service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspirational, informative and unique shopping experience for every client through a passion for client interaction, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s high visual-merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services; cosmetics experience is preferred.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work according to store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
