Jo Malone London seeks a creative and personable Beauty Advisor to deliver inspirational, personalized fragrance consultations and styling services to discerning clientele. This temporary seasonal role combines product expertise with artistry to enhance the in-store experience, including participation in special events and visual merchandising initiatives. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized fragrance consultation and styling services to customers
• Conduct in-store makeovers and fragrance application demonstrations with technical proficiency and creative flair
• Build fragrance knowledge to become a trusted connoisseur, educating customers on product benefits and layering techniques
• Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and creative displays to differentiate against competitors
• Process transactions using retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
• Creative and technical expertise in makeup application and fragrance styling—certification preferred but amateur-level experience with demonstrated skill equally valued
• Flexible availability across varying retail hours, including weekday, evening, weekend, and special event scheduling
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
• Approachable, friendly demeanor with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and product training

Experience
