Jo Malone London seeks a creative and personable Beauty Advisor for freelance on-call assignments at its Brooklyn retail location. The successful candidate will deliver personalized beauty consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, support in-store promotional events, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and inspire customers. This role combines technical expertise in prestige fragrance and beauty with exceptional interpersonal skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred
