The role encompasses consultative sales of premium fragrances including TOM FORD BEAUTY, Jo Malone London, and KILIAN PARIS, along with product applications, brand philosophy execution, and participation in customer events. The position demands exceptional customer service, sales target accountability, and weekend availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consultative product guidance across luxury fragrance portfolio
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achievement of departmental revenue targets
- Perform fragrance applications and provide makeup artistry services to customers
- Execute and represent brand philosophy and positioning within the retail environment
