The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets at Jo Malone London in Richmond. Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
