Jo Malone London seeks an Assistant Store Manager in New York to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and delivering sales, customer service and operational targets. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Help drive the success of the store or counter.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
