Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Sales Associate team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and stock control
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service whilst setting standards for the team
- Coach and mentor Sales Associates to improve performance and reach individual and collective sales objectives
