Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving all sales, customer service and operational targets
- Coach, mentor and develop Sales Associates to reach their full potential and achieve performance goals
- Lead daily retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation and point-of-sale activities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Previous supervisory experience in retail, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector, with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members. Experience managing retail operations including inventory control and cash handling required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management training or certification is advantageous.
