Jo Malone London seeks a full-time, temporary Assistant Store Manager in London to support the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates and delivering sales, customer service and operational targets. The role requires supervisory, coaching and retail operations capability in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Help drive the success of the store or counter.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
