Jo Malone London seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and developing a sales team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory and coaching capabilities gained in a fast-paced retail environment, with particular strength in prestige beauty or cosmetics retail. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Sales Associate team to meet all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Lead by example to maintain an inspirational and authentic customer service culture
- Execute retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale administration
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events to ensure consistent floor coverage
- Mentor and coach sales associates to reach their full potential and achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor and drive operational compliance and store standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Strong retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in South Africa

Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a demonstrated track record of successfully coaching and mentoring sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets. Prior cosmetics or prestige beauty retail experience is strongly preferred.
