Jo Malone London is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Auckland to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the Sales Associate team and achieving sales, customer service and operational targets. The role is a fixed-term contract and requires retail supervisory and operations experience, including coaching, inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Help drive the success of the store or counter.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
