Jo Malone London seeks an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets at Roosevelt Field Mall. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven supervisory experience in fast-paced retail environments, with particular expertise in cosmetics or prestige beauty, complemented by strong operational acumen including inventory management and point-of-sale systems proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Support the Store Manager in developing team performance and driving individual employee growth
- Manage retail operations including inventory control, stock management, and cash reconciliation
- Oversee point-of-sale operations and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with Jo Malone London brand standards
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance management of sales associates
- Support the execution of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns

Qualifications
