Jo Malone London, part of the Estée Lauder Companies, seeks an Assistant Manager for its Arnotts boutique in Dublin. This role combines operational oversight with sophisticated customer engagement, encompassing duties such as signature in-store treatments, wedding consultations, and bespoke fragrance layering experiences. The successful candidate will drive in-store events, manage team alignment with brand vision, and ensure smooth daily boutique operations across a 37.5-hour weekly schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure consistent brand presentation and boutique standards
• Lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and drive sales targets
• Facilitate signature in-store experiences including Hand and Arm massages and wedding consultation events
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale processes
• Develop and elevate in-store events to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty
• Coach team members to achieve their full potential and sales performance goals
• Maintain flexible availability across varying days and hours to support team scheduling

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience at Supervisor level or above, preferably in the beauty sector
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring team members to achieve success
• Strong drive to meet sales and customer service targets consistently
• Flexible availability across varying days and hours with commitment to team work-life balance
• Right to live and work in Ireland

Skills

Experience

Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty retail. Experience in managing boutique or standalone retail environments is advantageous.

Education

No specific educational qualifications are mandated; retail management certifications or relevant beauty industry credentials are advantageous.
