Assistant Manager role supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a Sales Associates team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets at a Jo Malone London counter within a prestige beauty retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Sales Associates team to achieve agreed sales, customer service and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in staff development, performance management and team motivation
- Oversee daily retail operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and cash reconciliation
- Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to drive brand loyalty
- Manage retail floor activities across varying shifts including nights, weekends and special events
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Qualifications
