Jo Malone London seeks an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Business Manager to support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets. The successful candidate will elevate in-store events, ensure smooth business operations, and maintain alignment with boutique and brand vision whilst managing retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized brand experiences
- Lead and coach Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage in-store events and customer consultations including wedding planning services
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cash handling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and work environment excellence
- Supervise team scheduling and business planning including sales analysis
- Communicate effectively across boutique operations and department store partners
- Monitor competitor activity and implement omni-channel strategies
- Support Boutique Manager in all operational aspects and deputize in their absence

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring to achieve targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Business planning experience including setting sales targets, customer service objectives, and staff scheduling
- Proven ability to create and execute in-store events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
