Role & Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
  • Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to align with evolving business needs
  • Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners
  • Manage and deliver configuration requests whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders across brands
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as required
  • Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, enterprise integration builder (EIB) configurations, and transaction support
  • Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights with clarity and effectiveness to stakeholders
  • Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements
  • Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA
  • Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency, providing strategic recommendations
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyse and resolve complex system issues
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
