Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform
- Design and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to align with evolving business needs
- Lead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners
- Manage and deliver configuration requests whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders across brands
- Troubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex system issues, providing end-user support as required
- Maintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, enterprise integration builder (EIB) configurations, and transaction support
- Develop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights with clarity and effectiveness to stakeholders
- Lead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements
- Partner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency, providing strategic recommendations
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and system support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyse and resolve complex system issues
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Skills
Experience
2+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a configuration and system support capacity, including exposure to HR processes and HCM platform functionality. Prior experience with business process design, requirements gathering, and supporting cross-functional HR and business stakeholders is advantageous.
