Jimmy Choo is hiring a Wholesale & Press Coordinator in London to manage JOOR operations, collection calendars, and global wholesale partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Full global management of JOOR platform, including sales campaign coordination, user access setup, and ongoing training delivery
- Coordinate collection calendar inputs with Florence and merchandising; manage collection timing communication and OET date mapping
- Participate in weekly production meetings and publish retiming reports globally, including executive summaries for CEO and senior management
- Manage collection amendments, cancellations, and date changes post-launch; oversee full account management for press, marketing, MTO, and special orders
- Serve as primary point of contact for regional retail teams regarding order queries, regional events, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor discarded units, manage departmental budget spending, and provide comprehensive reporting to the Customer Services Director
Qualifications
- Graduate-level education
- Experience in demanding, international administrative environments, preferably within the luxury fashion sector
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
- Customer service experience from the seasonal fashion industry
- Ability to interface effectively with employees across all organizational levels
