Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEAI Wholesale & Franchise (WS) commercial team across the end-to-end sales process, from client communications to order follow-up.
- Prepare, maintain and update KPI dashboards, weekly/monthly sales reports and ad hoc commercial analyses to inform team decisions.
- Provide daily commercial support to the GM JC (ME Franchise) and the AM Partnership & Ecomm EMEAI while prioritising requests from the wider WS commercial team.
- Draft client‑facing materials and internal presentations to support meetings, sell‑ins and commercial reviews.
- Ensure accuracy of sales and account data within CRM/ERP systems and assist with basic data entry and transaction tracking.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (logistics, finance, marketing) to facilitate order fulfilment and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical capability with an aptitude for numerical reporting and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation ability.
- Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Prior internship or exposure to wholesale, e-commerce, retail or fashion commercial operations is desirable.
