Visual Merchandising Manager at luxury retail group in London. Full-time role overseeing EMEAI visual standards and planograms. GBP 50,000–65,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and approve planograms for all EMEAI stores—full price, outlets, and wholesale—ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards and seasonal strategies
- Supervise store displays and visual execution, providing feedback and corrective actions to maintain premium presentation
- Conduct regular audits of store layouts and visual standards, reporting findings and recommendations to the Director of Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure timely implementation of visual directives and promotional campaigns, maintaining a luxury aesthetic
- Support the development of VM guidelines and training materials tailored for luxury retail environments
- Coordinate with production teams for props and display elements, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely delivery
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies in enhancing brand perception and driving sales
- Manage vendor communications, payment follow-up, documentation, and delivery monitoring to ensure timely execution of VM projects
- Set up press days, pop-ups, and external events across the region
- Travel within the region to oversee store compliance and provide hands-on support during key launches and seasonal changes
Qualifications
- University degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with business objectives

Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven visual merchandising experience within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in managing multi-market visual consistency, store compliance, and commercial execution.
Education
University degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a closely related discipline.
