Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor production and installation of seasonal windows and campaign graphics across the EMEA region, liaising with production companies and coordinating timely delivery whilst managing invoice set-up and tracking
- Coordinate and place orders for all props required across the region, maintaining vendor relationships and supporting administrative processes under supervision
- Continuously update and follow-up on window installations and in-store visual reports across all channels
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team with planogram development, showroom set-ups, events, and window installations
- Support the EMEA VM team with administration including expense reports, travel coordination, budget and purchase order tracking, and reconciliation support
- Conduct research activities in support of Visual Merchandising projects and initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for the EMEA region when required and assist regional visual merchandisers with logistics and administrative matters
- Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent brand message across all visual merchandising activities throughout the region
- Maintain availability to travel within the EMEA region as requested
Qualifications
- University degree
- Creative background or educational foundation
- European language proficiency beneficial but not required

Experience working in administration within a design-related capacity; demonstrated proficiency in design software, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
