Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent & Entertainment Relations Manager and Assistant with all talent sample requests and coordination
  • Coordinate sample send-outs, returns, and gifting logistics
  • Assist regional teams with talent-related requests and campaign support
  • Support event logistics and administrative preparation, including on-site event coordination as required
  • Manage and maintain VIP imagery archives
  • Perform ad hoc duties in support of the communications office operations

Qualifications

  • Graduate or current student undertaking a placement as part of course requirements
  • Knowledge of Fashion GPS or similar entertainment/PR industry platforms (beneficial)
  • Awareness of fashion and entertainment industries
  • Previous PR experience (preferred but not essential)

Experience
