Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer coordination
  • Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process by offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners, understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through each recruitment stage with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems, including Workday, to support compliance and streamline processes
  • Contribute to sourcing strategy by employing creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families
  • Assist with high-volume hiring needs by identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
  • Experience recruiting for roles within retail or corporate sectors
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfort and effectiveness working in a high-demand, fast-moving environment
