Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and offer coordination
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process by offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners, understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through each recruitment stage with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems, including Workday, to support compliance and streamline processes
- Contribute to sourcing strategy by employing creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families
- Assist with high-volume hiring needs by identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
- Experience recruiting for roles within retail or corporate sectors
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
- Strong influencing skills and ability to foster collaboration across creative, operational, and regional teams
- Proactive problem-solving skills and self-driven approach to achieving hiring goals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort and effectiveness working in a high-demand, fast-moving environment

1–2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market, with proven success managing end-to-end recruitment processes including direct sourcing. Experience recruiting for retail or corporate sectors is required. Experience sourcing in the DACH regions is advantageous.
