Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales opportunities
- Implement and manage the boutique's client outreach program to drive financial performance and exceed KPI targets
- Monitor local competitors and market trends to maintain strategic awareness of industry developments
- Motivate and inspire the team to drive results through goal setting, accountability, and celebration of successes
