Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and expand the customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales opportunities
- Implement and manage the boutique's client outreach program to drive financial performance and exceed KPI targets
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Motivate and inspire team members through goal setting, accountability measures, and recognition of achievements
- Manage all HR functions to support and develop boutique staff
- Deliver operational excellence across all store processes and systems

5+ years of Store Manager experience at a high-end retailer. Experience with luxury footwear and accessories preferred. Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining elevated customer service standards in an upscale retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
