Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer service, operational excellence and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Own store P&L and deliver sales, margin and KPI targets through effective assortment, pricing and promotional execution.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team; set performance objectives and manage staffing levels.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to maintain brand image and availability.
  • Implement loss-prevention and inventory control procedures; analyse sales and inventory data to optimise assortment.
  • Foster an elevated clienteling programme to build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat business.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on local marketing, events and store-level initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with strong people-management and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience managing store-level P&L and sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of visual merchandising standards and retail operations.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation with experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Ability to analyse sales and inventory metrics and translate insight into operational actions.

Experience

Several years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualification preferred; secondary diploma with substantial retail management experience will be considered.
