Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the boutique team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
- Analyse sales figures and financial data to maximize profitability and drive store performance
- Conduct staff appraisals, performance reviews, and deliver training and development programmes
- Organize and execute marketing and promotional campaigns consistent with the Jimmy Choo luxury brand positioning
- Ensure efficient day-to-day boutique operations in accordance with company procedures and Retail Excellence standards
