Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of stock control including receiving deliveries and verifying accuracy against supporting documentation
- Process and reconcile stock transfers (inbound and outbound) and follow up on discrepancies
- Support weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negative reports from Head Office
- Perform cycle counts and participate in full stocktakes as directed
- Process, record, and coordinate faulty stock procedures with management and Head Office
- Maintain organized, clean stockroom; transfer or remove stock boxes as necessary
- Communicate stock issues promptly to store management and Head Office, proposing solutions proactively
- Maintain effective stockroom controls to ensure continued supply and record accuracy
- Coordinate store delivery schedules with the sales team
- Plan stockroom operations around peak business hours to meet customer demand
- Contribute actively to store events and promotional activities
- Develop effective working relationships with the wider store team
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience as a Stock Controller with a recognized luxury brand
- Proficiency with SAP systems (strongly desired)
- Advanced Excel and computer literacy skills
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven operational excellence and quality control standards
